◆ Honest comparison

Sticky.io, reviewed.
Enterprise muscle, enterprise math.

Sticky.io — the platform formerly known as LimeLight CRM — is the enterprise heavyweight of subscription commerce. It's genuinely capable, and it's priced like it. Here's what it does well, what its users actually say, and the math to run before you sign. Every claim checked September 3, 2026, sources at the bottom.

01 / What Sticky.io is

LimeLight, grown up.

Sticky.io began life as LimeLight CRM, one of the two standard names (alongside Konnektive) in the direct-response CRM world. In March 2020 it rebranded to sticky.io, describing an evolution "from a customer relationship management solution to an enterprise ecommerce platform."1 It's San Francisco–based, private-equity backed, and its homepage today claims an ecosystem processing $8 billion annually with 160+ payment gateway integrations.2

The pitch is "where CRM meets ecommerce and payments": subscription and recurring billing with flexible cycles and trials, a funnel and checkout builder with one-click upsells and order bumps, payment tooling across many gateways and merchant accounts, decline-recovery automation, fraud and chargeback tools, and real-time attribution analytics. It openly courts performance marketers in regulated and demanding verticals — nutra, supplements, continuity offers, digital products, coaching — which tells you exactly what workloads it was hardened on.3

02 / Pricing

$499 a month, 1% of gross — and 4¢ per decline.

Credit where due: sticky.io publishes real pricing. As of September 2026:4

Monthly salesSticky.ioAdmoji (Launch)
$50,000$499 + $500 = $999/mo$79 + $175 = $254/mo
$250,000$499 + $2,500 = $2,999/mo$79 + $875 = $954/mo
$1,000,000$499 + $7,500 = $7,999/mo$699 + $3,500 = $4,199/mo

Sticky.io figures from published tiers (1% to $500k/mo; 0.75% applied on the $1M row), excluding per-decline fees; enterprise deals may differ. Admoji figures use published tiered pricing: Launch ($79 + 0.35% of volume) up to $250k/mo, Scale ($699 + 0.35%) at $1M/mo. Both computed from each vendor's published pricing as of Sept 3, 2026.

03 / Credit where due

What Sticky.io does well.

The payments layer is the star. Capterra reviewers single out the decline-reprocessing cascade and advanced credit-card processing as the platform's strengths, and its customer support scores a 4.6 sub-rating — the best number anywhere in its reviews.5 The company claims its recovery tooling can rescue a large share of declined transactions; those specific percentages are vendor marketing, not audited figures, but the depth of the machinery is real.3

It's also built for scale in a way that matters if you're doing eight figures: multiple merchant accounts, smart transaction routing, a native Shopify subscriptions app (launched 2022), and 400+ integrations.3,6 For a large subscription operation with a dedicated ops team, it's a serious platform.

04 / Look closely

Three things to check before you sign.

1. The user experience is the recurring complaint.

Capterra has it at 4.0 overall but just 3.8 for ease of use, with reviewers calling the UI "mediocre at best" and "hard to navigate," and one memorable one-star review from December 2020: "They continue to ship software that I'd be embarrassed to present to my users."5 Worth noting: most Capterra reviews date from around 2020, so weigh their age accordingly — and demand a real demo of today's product.

2. Recent public sentiment is thin and rough.

Trustpilot shows a 2.7/5 — from only 4 reviews, so a tiny sample — but the complaints there are specific and recent enough to ask about directly: unanswered emails after signup, and a merchant billed $1,000 after cancellation.7 Sticky.io hadn't replied to those reviews as of September 2026. Ask their sales team what their cancellation terms actually are, in writing.

3. The floor is high.

$499/mo plus 1% is enterprise math. At $50k/mo in sales you'd be paying roughly 2% of revenue for the platform before decline fees. Sticky.io's own positioning — enterprise, high-volume, ops-heavy — is honest about who it's for; take them at their word.

05 / Head to head

Sticky.io vs. Admoji.

Both are subscription-native commerce platforms with CRM, checkout, and payment tooling. The difference is the weight class they're built for — and what's included.
